HardLine Sports provides custom manufacturing services. Refunds and returns are not possible. Sizes are estimates and exact sizing is not guaranteed. Orders are subject to a potential +/- 5% quantity variance.
9. Color Match Pantone/Color
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a Pantone reference is provided. Color discrepancies due to various factors will not be liable for any claims or refunds.
10. Pre-Production Prototypes/Samples
Prototypes are non-refundable. No warranties or guarantees are applied to prototypes due to their pre-production nature. Further prototypes may be required at the customer’s expense.
